I genuinely can't believe how much we've packed into our first year.
What started as an idea for a space where educators could stop, reflect, learn and connect has grown into a community focused on something I believe matters more than ever:
Building our Professional Wellbeing Intelligence.
Over the past few weeks, I've been talking a lot about sustainable staff wellbeing and the need for schools to move beyond wellbeing activities towards better systems and workplace conditions.
That responsibility absolutely sits with our workplaces and leaders.
But there's another part of the equation – how we THINK, FEEL and RESPOND at work.
While we can't individually fix workload, staffing shortages or systemic pressures, we can build the psychological resources that help us navigate our work.
We can get better at managing our energy. Setting boundaries. Having difficult conversations. Navigating change. Understanding our reactions. Asking better questions. Building stronger relationships.
We can become part of the solution.
