Here’s the honest answer: I don’t do it alone.

This work can be heavy. Supporting the wellbeing of teachers means holding space for big emotions, big challenges, and even bigger hopes. And I simply couldn’t do any of it without the incredible humans beside me.

They’re the ones who steady me when I’m spinning, who help me see clearly when I’m lost in the fog, and who nudge me back into alignment when I slip into my old “I’ll just do it all myself” habits.
