Whether you’re mentoring colleagues, new teachers, or guiding your team, this course will give you the tools to have more meaningful, empowering conversations that lead to real growth. 

Mentoring doesn’t have to feel complicated or overwhelming. Throughout this course, we’ll break it down into simple, practical strategies that make mentoring easier and more impactful. My goal is to help you feel confident in supporting others, asking the right questions, and guiding them toward their own “aha” moments—without burning yourself out in the process.

4. Join a colleague: Mentoring and coaching are not learned by reading but by doing. You’ll need a colleague to practise with.
