BOOST STAFF WELLBEING
A Ready-to-Run Wellbeing Program
That Fits Your Staff Meetings
Â
Staff wellbeing is not about happiness. It’s about energy.
Mental. Emotional. Social. Physical. Spiritual
When energy is sustained, educators feel good and function well.
When energy is depleted, everything becomes harder…. Including your job as a school leader.
You don’t need another initiative. You need a repetitive sustainable structure.
A ready-to-run, evidence-based professional learning series that:Â
Strengthening Capacity & Sharing Responsibility
Fits into your existing staff meetings
Requires zero preparation
Build shared ownership of wellbeing
Reduces the pressure on you as the leader
Â
Introducing...Â
The Staff Wellbeing Booster Program
See staff re-energised, connected and taking ownership of their wellbeing.
You don't need another reminder that wellbeing matters - you need something that actually works inside:
Busy terms
Tight schedules
Limited budgets
Staff who are already stretched
Right now?
Staff are tired.
Morale is fragile.
Energy is inconsistent.
And leaders are expected to solve it, without adding more to the plate.
Finding the “right” wellbeing solution can feel overwhelming.
You don’t want fluff.
You don’t want compliance theatre.
You don’t want something that creates more work.
You want something practical.
Structured.
Evidence-based.
And easy to implement.
The Staff Wellbeing Booster Program is exactly that.
Â
A  ready-to-run solution that integrates into existing staff meetings. Each module includes:
A short, engaging video
A structured facilitator guide
Ready-to-use reflection and discussion prompts
A simple accountability structure (Buddy Boosters)
No prep.
No PowerPoints.
No additional admin.
Just meaningful conversations that help staff feel seen, supported, and re-energised.
What Makes This Different?
This isn’t a one-off workshop.
It’s a 7-module series delivered across 12 months that:
✓  Builds momentum
✓  Creates shared responsibility
✓  Strengthens psychological safety
✓  Develops staff agency
✓  Supports retention and morale
Small, consistent conversations = Real impact.
Â
How This Program Helps YOU, the School Leader:
Â
Protect Retention & Morale
When staff feel valued and energised, they stay.
This program rebuilds connection and shared responsibility — reducing quiet disengagement before it becomes turnover.
Strengthens Culture Without Adding Another Initiative
No new framework. No extra workload.
Just structured, consistent conversations that build shared language, trust, and ownership of wellbeing.
Reduce Burnout Pressure on You
You are not meant to carry staff morale alone.
This program distributes responsibility, equipping staff with practical tools to manage their own energy and resilience.
Builds Trust & Psychological Safety
Guided discussions create space for honest reflection without turning meetings into complaint sessions.
Staff feel heard. Leadership feels steady.
Build shared Language
Shifting conversations from demands to resources shifts the entire narrative of workplace wellbeing.
Improves Student Outcomes
When teachers feel good and function well, classrooms are calmer, relationships are stronger, and engagement improves.
