What if the biggest challenge facing staff wellbeing isn't wellbeing at all?
For years we've focused on helping educators feel better.
Yet despite more wellbeing initiatives than ever before, many leaders are still navigating exhaustion, workload pressures, difficult conversations and growing expectations.
The science has evolved.
We now know far more about what creates sustainable wellbeing at work than we did even five years ago.
The conversation is shifting from
"How do we make people feel better?"
to
"How do we create workplaces where people can work well together?"
That's where leadership makes the difference.
In this webinar I'll introduce the Sustainable Staff Wellbeing System—a practical leadership approach that combines organisational psychology, professional wellbeing intelligence and evidence-informed leadership practices to help schools move from compliance to CARE.
This isn't another wellbeing webinar. It's a leadership masterclass on creating healthier ways of working. It's designed to help you become a leader who creates the conditions where people can work well together, in sustain ways, even when the work is demanding.
We'll explore the difference between personal wellbeing and professional wellbeing intelligence—because while both matter, they require different conversations and different leadership practices.
You'll discover:
➤ Why today's wellbeing challenges need a different leadership response.
➤ Why wellbeing initiatives alone don't create lasting change.
➤ How to distinguish personal wellbeing from professional wellbeing intelligence.
➤ How organisational psychology can transform the way your people experience work.
➤ How psychosocial hazards fit within a culture of care—not just compliance.
➤ How to use the Me • We • Us model to lead better wellbeing conversations.
➤ The CARE Leadership Framework for creating healthier ways of working.
In just 45 minutes you'll walk away with:
✔ A practical leadership framework you can use immediately.
✔ A staff-ready article explaining the latest science of wellbeing at work.
✔ Evidence-based tools to start leading differently tomorrow.
✔ A shared language your leadership team can adopt immediately.
✔ Clear first steps towards building a Sustainable Staff Wellbeing System.

Imagine Teaching With Energy That Feels Sustainable.
What would change if your energy felt steadier — not perfect, but supported?
What if teaching no longer felt like something you had to recover from each weekend?
Through The Teacher Energy Reset, you’ll learn how to restore and sustain energy across the five systems that shape wellbeing at work.
Imagine being able to…
Think Clearly and Focus on What Matters Most
Instead of constantly juggling competing demands, you feel mentally clearer and more in control. You know how to prioritise your time and attention without carrying the guilt of unfinished tasks home with you.
Feel Emotionally Steady - Even on Challenging Days
You still care deeply about your students and colleagues, but you’re no longer emotionally depleted by every interaction. You finish the day feeling grounded, capable and calmer in the face of challenges.
Have Energy That Lasts Beyond the School Day
Rather than running on adrenaline and exhaustion, your body has opportunities to recover. You experience more consistent energy — at work and at home — without needing drastic lifestyle changes.
Experience Connections That Energise Rather Than Drain
You strengthen relationships with students, colleagues and loved ones while maintaining healthy boundaries. Connection begins to feel supportive again, not another demand on your limited energy.
Reconnect with Why Teaching Matters To You
You rediscover a sense of meaning and professional pride. The work still has challenges, but it once again feels aligned with the purpose that brought you into teaching in the first place.
The Teacher Energy Reset is not about pushing harder or becoming endlessly resilient.
It’s about understanding how your energy works — and learning practical, science-based ways to sustain yourself while doing deeply meaningful work.
Because teaching shouldn’t require sacrificing your wellbeing to make a difference.
Hi! I'm Daniela Falecki
FOUNDER, TEACHER WELLBEING
I’m the founder of Teacher Wellbeing and a passionate advocate for helping educators feel good and function well at work — without sacrificing themselves in the process.
After more than 25 years in the classroom (yes, I’ve truly seen it all), I understand firsthand the energy teaching demands — mentally, emotionally and physically. Like many educators, I’ve experienced the pressure of caring deeply about the work while trying to sustain it long term.
That experience sparked my mission to change how we understand teacher wellbeing.
Drawing on Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology and Organisational Wellbeing Science, I now support educators to better understand how their energy works — and how to sustain it within the realities of modern school life.
I’ve worked with more than 7,000 educators across 1,000 schools worldwide, helping teachers and leaders move beyond survival toward sustainable engagement, clarity and professional fulfilment.
I hold a Master’s in Education (Leadership), a Bachelor of Education (HPE), and a Certificate in Rudolf Steiner Education. I’m a licensed Mental Toughness practitioner and Executive Coach, affiliated with the International Coach Federation and the International Positive Psychology Association, and have lectured at the University of Sydney.
My work moves beyond reactive, one-size-fits-all wellbeing initiatives. Instead, I focus on practical, evidence-based approaches that help educators build the psychological and energy resources needed to thrive in teaching over the long term.
The Teacher Energy Reset brings this work together — translating wellbeing science into realistic strategies educators can use every day to restore energy and sustain their careers.

What Others Have to Say ...
“This course completely shifted how I understand my own energy at work. Instead of blaming myself for feeling exhausted, I now understand what’s actually happening and what I can influence. The science made so much sense, and the strategies were simple enough to apply straight away. I feel calmer, clearer, and far more accepting of what I can — and can’t — control.”
- Sue, Primary Classroom Teacher, NSW
“The biggest change for me was self-awareness. I realised how much emotional energy I was giving away without noticing. Daniela explains the science in such an accessible way, and the reframes were incredibly powerful. I’m responding differently to students and colleagues now, and I’m no longer taking everything home mentally.”
- Phil, Secondary Teacher, QLD
“I’ve done plenty of wellbeing PD before, but this felt different because it explained the ‘why’ behind how we feel as educators. Understanding the energy systems helped me better understand myself and the people I work with. The course gave me practical language and skills I now use daily — both as a teacher and a leader.”
- Megan, Deputy Principal, VIC
“What I loved most was how realistic this course is. Nothing felt overwhelming or unrealistic. The small mindset shifts helped me let go of things outside my control and focus my energy where it actually matters. I feel more grounded, more patient, and more sustainable in my work again.”
- India, Assistant Principal, NSW
Is this Course for me?
If you’re wondering whether this course is right for you, you’re not alone. Most educators I work with ask some version of these questions…
“I’m exhausted… but isn’t that just part of teaching?”
“I don’t have much time — will I actually be able to do this?”
“Is this just another wellbeing course telling me to practise self-care?”
“I still love teaching… I just don’t want to feel this tired anymore.”
Can I start this course straight away?
How long will I have access to this course?
Can we do this as a school-based program?
You became a teacher to make a difference.
That purpose still matters — but so does your wellbeing.
If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start understanding how to sustain your energy in teaching, this course offers a practical and supportive place to begin.
Small shifts can create meaningful change.
